Head out on the beautiful waterways with Claus Rodenbostel aboard a 26’3” center console Key West Family Sport with twin outboards. It is one of the largest private charter boats in the Tarpon Sorings, FL area. The vessel has plenty of room to move about and has a full bathroom with a sink. There is also a freshwater rinse station to rinse the salt off your skin after a dip in the water. We even have shaded seating if you should want a break from the sun. There is a large cooler provided with ice and water and extra space that will hold all your favorite beverages of choice for a full day on the water.
About Your Captain
We are a small family-owned and operated business that offers wonderful personalized private trips. Our guests are treated like friends and family. Captain Claus, raised by German parents and born in Puerto Rico, is a USCG certified Captain with more than 25 years of experience on the water and knows where to take you for a memorable day of fun in the sun! Captain Claus is also fluent in English, Spanish, and German. (We call him and his mixed nationality a “Germ-Rican” lol).

Captain and boat fuel are included from the marina dock to any of the surrounding Anclote areas mentioned above and back.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride while your captain takes care of navigating and takes you to paradise. Whether you are looking for something fun to do while on vacation, getaway from everyday of what we call “life”, enjoy a day of inshore fishing, anchoring and relaxing by a sandbar, or walk on the beach looking for shells, you will certainly have a great memorable time.
Your journey begins with cruising through the historic Sponge Docks, the heart of Tarpon Springs. It became known as the sponge capital of the world, the sponge beds in this area of Florida were discovered in 1873. From that moment on, Greek settlers in the area built the local sponge industry and are responsible for creating the sponge docks in Tarpon Springs. The sponge industry and town flourished until 1946, when the sponge beds were practically destroyed by toxic algae. History however did leave a footprint. Visiting the sponge docks today is like visiting a Greek town in Florida. The sponge docks are still an active place, lively with shops, and delicious restaurants.
Enjoy the scenic waters boating with family or friends along the Anclote River heading to the sandy island beaches or sand bars in mind. Although we have seen and encountered dolphins on many of our trips, we cannot guarantee seeing them all the time.
We offer a variety of half-day and full-day personalized options and services. It is pretty much up to you to tell us what you would like to do. Let the Captain know what you want to do and where you want to go and enjoy your boat day. If you do not know where you would like to go, let your captain decide for you (You will not be disappointed).
We offer a Lilly pad for play and lounging if you wish no extra charge. We also do have some fishing rods, tackle, and a casting net if you would like to fish for a while. Just let us know in advance so we can bring them with us.
Our trips are great for small groups for all occasions. Trip examples include romantic getaways, birthdays, quality friend or family time, graduations, weddings, bachelor & bachelorette parties, anniversaries, or even “POP” the big question.

Let us take you to the local sandbars & sites on the water around Tarpon Springs, Florida. See amazing Sunsets & seashells. We can either cruise slow with cocktails or zip with the waves. You have the choice of your type of voyage or let us make one for you that you’ll never forget.
There is an amazing Bluetooth stereo that can blast your favorite playlist or play soothing tunes in the background.
You are welcome to bring adult beverages.
Our boat can hold up to 12 persons, but our licensing only permits 6 passengers aboard. Should you have a larger party, let us know so we can come up with options.

Enjoy a beautiful sunset while cruising on the Gulf of America on your private boat charter. We will head out about an hour before sunset. Provided will be a cooler full of ice and ice-cold water. You are more than welcome to bring your favorite adult beverages of choice (Champagne, etc.) and or snacks.

Our Tarpon Springs boat charter tours are private and are custom created and individualized based on your adventure. We offer several options for you to choose from – just let us know what you are interested in the most. If you are interested in combining several of our options, such as an enjoyable boat tour of the Tarpon Springs sites, then the full-day boat charter is for you. We try our best to make each boat tour adventure a memorable one.
Our half-day and full-day charters include fuel, captain, light snacks, ice-cold water, plenty of dry storage and pick up and drop off at one of several dock locations. We also have a liy pad, noodles and toys to make the day on the water a memorable one

Enjoy beautiful Tarpon Springs while cruising along on your private boat charter. We will show you some of the best sights that you can see.
You may also see some of the area’s wildlife, as well as some dolphins, so get your cameras ready. Since this is your private boat charter, we can always stop somewhere you like.
This tour is 4 hours long, which allows plenty of time to cruise around Tarpon Springs and enjoy many sights.
