FAQs
What should I bring on the boat?
We encourage you to bring the things that you would normally bring with you to the beach like sunscreen, towels, bathing suit, hats, sunglasses, etc. Additionally, be sure to bring the following:
• Government-issued driver’s license or photo ID
• Valid Credit Card or Cash (We also accept Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp)
• Beverages and food/snacks – Alcoholic beverages are allowed for customers who are 21 and older (Please drink responsibly) (NO GLASS BOTTLES PLEASE)
• Flip-flops or water shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, hats, swimsuit, and towels
• Phone chargers
• Snorkeling Gear if you like to discover marine life under the clear waters.
We do not allow any illegal drugs.
What about tips?
Tips are always appreciated, and it is customary to tip 15-20%.
CANCELATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel for any reason, just let us know 24 hours in advance and you will get a full refund.
BAD WEATHER POLICY:
Your safety on the water is our top priority. If bad weather occurs on the day of your charter or rental, we will try to reschedule your boat day if possible. If that is not an option, you will get a full refund.
DISCLAIMER:
Refunds will not be given in the event of a last-minute technical issue that could happen with non-engine-related features. For example, the radio or stereo stopped working or other electronic equipment such as the fishfinder stopped working suddenly. This will not interfere with a great day on the water. Unfortunately, things like this do and can happen due to constant contact with saltwater surroundings. We will do our best to make sure that everything is working as it should.
