Terms, Conditions and Responsibilities/Reservation information
Hot Boat Charters, LLC, requests that all trips are confirmed with a $200.00 deposit at the time of the reservation, no exceptions. All payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Cash. If you cancel your reservation. Cancellation must be received in writing, no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled charter to receive a full refund your deposit less a 20% processing fee.
Cancellations Made By Hot Boat Charters, LLC.
Although we rarely cancel trips, we do reserve the right to cancel a trip for any reason whatsoever, including too few participants, adverse weather, mechanical failures, or circumstances which makes the operation of the trip unadvisable. If we cancel a trip as aforementioned; we will refund all payments in full which were made to Hot Boat charters, LLC. Cancellations due to weather or mechanical failure during the fishing portion of the trip will be prorated and the appropriate amount will be refunded. This will be the limit of our responsibility.
Cancellations Made by Client
Being late and missing the boat departure that you are scheduled to be on will be considered a non-participation of a reserved activity and will not be refunded. Cancellations made by clients with more than 7 days prior to their reserved activity will receive a full refund less a non-refundable processing fee of 20% of the total price of the reservation. If you need to cancel for any reason, just let us know 24 hours in advance and you will get a full refund.
Photos we take
During your boating charter with us, we make take photos and videos of our guests for the purpose of marketing and other promotional opportunities. These photos and videos may be used on our website, in advertising and in other public venues unless you express you do not wish them to be used.
BAD WEATHER POLICY:
Your safety on the water is our top priority. If bad weather occurs on the day of your charter or rental, we will try to reschedule your boat day if possible. If that is not an option, you will get a full refund.
DISCLAIMER:
Refunds will not be given in the event of a last-minute technical issue that could happen with non-engine-related features. For example, the radio or stereo stopped working or other electronic equipment such as the fishfinder stopped working suddenly. This will not interfere with a great day on the water. Unfortunately, things like this do and can happen due to constant contact with saltwater surroundings. We will do our best to make sure that everything is working as it should.
